Ksaan Farrar brings size, dual-threat upside, and a live arm to UConn’s QB room
Farrar is a 6-foot-3, 215-pound freshman quarterback who showed early upside in 2025 by completing 11 of 18 passes for 84 yards with no interceptions, while also adding a rushing score and 30 rushing yards in limited action. His calling card is projection: he paired strong high-school production at Green Run with a developing passing profile, plus enough mobility to threaten defenses on designed runs. He looks like a good fit for a team that wants an athletic, still-ascending quarterback with starter traits and patience for growth rather than an instant finished product.
