Miles Halbert is a high-upside, two-way playmaker with sneaky special-teams value at JMU
In the 2026 season, Miles Halbert is still more profile than production for James Madison, but the tape-friendly part of his story is loud: he brings a sturdy 5-foot-11, 205-pound frame, came out of Northern High as a record-setting receiver, and has already earned Scout Team Special Teams MVP honors at JMU. He appears to be a developmental WR with toughness, versatility, and a strong compete level rather than a proven stat-sheet filler yet — the kind of player a staff can like if they want effort, physicality, and upside.
