Big-bodied LIU outfielder with pop, patience, and a recent slump
McGurk is a 6'3", right-handed outfielder who has flashed real run-producing upside for LIU, including a 2024 grand slam and a .192/.360/.449 line that showed pop and on-base skills, but his 2025 production dipped sharply to .082 with no home runs, so the fit hinges on whether a team believes in the bat speed and strength more than the recent stat line. He looks like a physical, power-leaning corner outfield type with some swing-and-miss risk, but his ability to draw walks and deliver damage when he connects makes him a worthwhile watch if your staff values upside and patience.
