6-foot-6 Swiss-Army Guard with Puerto Rico Upside
Gael Dalmau is a long, skilled guard who brings real positional flexibility and upside to Niagara, especially with his 6-foot-6 frame, playmaking background, and high-IQ feel for the game. In high school at Central Pointe Christian, he averaged 21.0 points, 7.0 assists, and 6.0 rebounds per game, and Niagara coach Greg Paulus praised his size and ability to see and read the floor. In the 2025-26 season, his role was still developing, but he showed flashes, including his first collegiate three-pointer, making him a watch-list fit for teams needing size, feel, and unselfish backcourt versatility.
