Abby Liber brings size, versatility, and high-upside wing depth to Youngstown State
Liber is a 6-foot guard/forward who adds positional flexibility, rebounding punch, and veteran experience to the Penguins after transferring from Saint Louis, where she was an all-state high school scorer before joining YSU.[9] In the 2024-25 season, she played all 32 games and averaged 3.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, 0.8 assists, and 14.6 minutes per game, with her best value coming as a connective piece who can defend multiple spots and chip in on the glass.[3][11] She is the kind of role player a team can trust for energy and matchup versatility rather than volume scoring.[11]
