Sosefo Moeaki brings proven disruption and inside toughness to Portland State’s defensive front
Moeaki enters Portland State as an interior defensive lineman with real production behind him: after 16 tackles in 2023 at Nevada, he previously posted 64 tackles, 6 sacks, 15.5 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 10 games at De Anza College, showing he can collapse pockets and create negative plays. At 6-foot-1, 280 pounds, he looks like a compact, high-effort DT who fits best in a role that values leverage, motor and backfield disruption more than pure length.
