5'4" UTIL Freshman with High-Intensity Contact Skills for Cal State Fullerton
Jenica Silvas, a 5'4" right-handed freshman utility player for Cal State Fullerton, differentiates herself through relentless intensity and a compact swing that generates consistent contact despite her small stature, evidenced by her 2026 season stats: .218 AVG, 12 hits, 13 runs, and 8 RBIs in 35 games (24 starts) [1][3][8]. Her differentiator isn't just power but her ability to move runners, highlighted by an RBI single up the middle against UC Riverside [6] and a walk against USD [10], showcasing plate discipline and situational awareness. With no reported injury history and a reputation as a 2025 OC Batbusters standout [5], she brings a high-energy, team-first personality that thrives in pressure moments, making her an ideal fit for teams needing a versatile, intense bench or starting utility option who can elevate run production through speed and contact rather than raw power [1][3].
