Jay Campbell brings middle-of-the-order pop and steady SWAC production for FAMU
Jay Campbell has been a reliable run producer for Florida A&M, earning All-SWAC honors in 2025 after batting .312 with 36 RBI, 12 doubles and 8 steals, then following it up in 2026 with another strong year that included 65 hits, 54 runs and 51 RBI. He’s a right-handed infielder with legit bat-to-ball ability, extra-base juice and the kind of toughness that shows up in big moments — including a 3-for-4, 4-RBI game in a sweep of Alabama State. The fit is clear: a competitive, middle-of-the-lineup bat who can impact games with his offense and steady presence.
