Noah Blackwell brings steady guard play and efficient playmaking to Fresno State
Blackwell profiles as a **reliable floor general** with proven assist production, scoring touch, and some disruptive defense; Fresno State lists him at guard after a season in which he averaged 9.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game, while ESPN’s player page shows 7.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in another season. His best fit is a team that values poise, ball security, and a connector who can keep an offense organized rather than a high-usage shot creator. The main question is whether his value translates best as a steady rotation guard or a secondary creator.
