Trevor Hardy brings veteran stability and tackling juice to Austin Peay’s secondary
Hardy is a rangy, veteran defensive back for Austin Peay who showed real volume in the 2025 season, finishing with 49 tackles, 3 pass breakups, and 1.5 tackles for loss while appearing in 11 games. The differentiator here is reliability: he’s a returning leader in the secondary, trusted to clean up plays and set the tone, not just flash on highlight reels. He also brings experience from Memphis and a tougher, bigger frame at 6-foot-1 and 188 pounds, which makes him a strong fit for a team wanting a physical, dependable DB who can contribute right away.
