Duke’s Viral Dunker & ACC Rookie of the Year
Jabari Parker, the 2013–14 Duke freshman forward, averaged 19.1 points and 8.7 rebounds while earning ACC Rookie of the Year and shooting 68% from the field. His dunks went viral nightly, showcasing elite intensity and a fearless personality that transcends stats. Though he debuted with 22 points vs. Davidson and yielded a 20-point postseason average, his injury history is minimal, and his work ethic is unmatched. Parker’s differentiator is his combination of size (6’8”, 235 lbs), scoring efficiency, and viral highlight appeal—making him a high-fit, culture-shifting asset for any team seeking intensity and star power.
