Sydney Ludvigsen’s catch-and-shoot punch powers Walsh’s backcourt
In the 2025-26 season, Sydney Ludvigsen emerged as a real difference-maker for Walsh, starting all 30 games, averaging 11.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists while hitting 39% from three and earning Second Team All-Conference honors. She’s a confident spacing guard who can also put the ball on the floor, rebound her position and chip in defensively; Walsh’s staff has described her as someone who “can do a little bit of everything offensively.” If a team wants a steady, experienced guard with shot-making gravity and competitive edge, she fits nicely.
