Galen Robinson Jr. is a steady, pass-first floor general who helped power Houston with elite availability and playmaking
Robinson’s best calling card was his poise as a **true point guard**: at Houston he became the sixth player in program history to reach **500+ assists**, started all **37 games** in one season, and paired that consistency with strong table-setting and defensive competitiveness. His value goes beyond box-score scoring—he brought toughness, reliability, and a coach-trusted edge that fits a structured, defense-first team. If you want a guard who can organize an offense, keep the ball moving, and raise the floor of the lineup, he’s a strong fit.
