Jenna Turner brings speed, contact, and winning consistency to NIU
Turner has been one of NIU’s most reliable everyday players, starting every game in 2025 and leading the Huskies in batting average and hits while also adding elite speed on the bases and solid defense in the middle infield/outfield. In 2025, she set the school record for runs in a game with five and recently opened 2026 with multi-hit production, which points to a hitter who can spark rallies and stay locked in at the top of the lineup. She looks like a strong fit for teams that value versatility, intensity, and a high-contact table-setter.
