SWAC Hitter of the Week & Senior Infield Anchor for Alabama State
Alana Scott, a 5'7" senior infielder from Helena, AL, is Alabama State's most impactful offensive catalyst, earning SWAC Hitter of the Week honors in 2024 after delivering a clutch 2-for-3 game with three runs and a 2-RBI single in the 2025 season. Her differentiator isn't just stats—it's her relentless intensity, walk-off confidence, and ability to elevate teammates under pressure, as seen in her 21-hit championship performance.
