Mylea Monahan brings upside, intensity, and point-guard poise to Drake
Monahan is a 5-foot-7 guard for Drake whose profile points to a versatile, high-motor floor general: her prep scouting praised her defense, passing-lane reads, rebounding, court vision, deep shooting, and quick first step, while Drake highlighted her intensity and ability to create for teammates and herself in clutch moments. In the 2024-25 season, she missed the entire year due to injury, so the big question is health and rhythm—but if she’s back to form, she looks like the kind of upbeat, pesky, playmaking guard that fits winning basketball.
