steady Hampton guard with veteran poise and playmaking touch
In the 2019-20 season, Dondre Griffin gave Hampton a calm, experienced backcourt presence, averaging 4.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 33 games while starting 16 times. He isn’t a high-volume scorer, but he brings balance: he can handle the ball, distribute, and chip in from outside, with a 32.1% three-point mark that season. The fit question is simple: if a team wants a composed, mature guard who can run offense and keep possessions organized, Griffin brings that glue-guy value.
