Grace Helbling is a versatile FIU bat with a steady, team-first profile
In the 2026 season, Grace Helbling has given FIU a useful infield/outfield option and a low-drama, high-trust presence, appearing in 14 games with seven starts at first base and collecting seven hits and three RBI. She was also credited with a .350 average and .850 OPS in FIU’s 2026 cumulative stats, a nice sign of productive contact in a limited role. The best fit here: a flexible defender who can cover multiple spots, stay ready, and chip in without needing the spotlight—very coach-friendly, very lineup-friendly.
