Brian Walsh adds steady backcourt experience, but he’s listed as Akron coaching staff—not a current player
The search results do not show Brian Walsh as an active Akron Zips guard; they identify him as a former Akron player now serving as an assistant coach, with a history as a reliable wing who shot 43.4% from three in his senior year and averaged 7.2 points and 3.5 rebounds as a captain. That profile suggests a high-IQ, system-friendly basketball mind with proven shooting touch and leadership traits, but not current on-court performance for Akron. If you meant a different Brian Walsh, I can re-check the player profile and provide a true current-performance scouting note.
