Hunter Frost brings veteran strike-throwing depth to Valpo’s staff
In the 2025 season, Hunter Frost gave Valparaiso a steady right-handed arm with multiple scoreless outings, including 2 2/3 shutout innings against Bradley and a 1.59 ERA in a brief stretch of work, while his 2026 profile lists him as a senior RHP from Farmington, Minn., with prior success at Iowa Central Community College. He looks like a tough, competitive bullpen piece who can keep games from getting away, though his value is more about command, poise, and reliability than big velocity buzz. If you want a low-drama, veteran pitcher who can fill innings and compete, he fits the bill.
