Kylei Russell brings timely speed-and-contact value for North Alabama
In the 2026 season, North Alabama outfielder Kylei Russell has been a useful spark plug: in 27 games with 6 starts, she hit .304 with 7 hits, 5 runs, 4 RBI and 2 stolen bases, showing she can move traffic and create pressure on the bases[1][3]. She’s not a power-first bat yet, but the profile is appealing for teams that value speed, versatility, and an energizing bench piece who can deliver in short bursts—like when she scored the go-ahead run in a 4-3 win at Tennessee Tech[2].
