Ben Marsh brings reliable EDGE size and toughness to Ball State
Ben Marsh is a 6'2", 249-pound EDGE/defensive end whose value comes from steady, physical play more than splashy counting stats; in 2025 he posted 8 total tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks, building on 8 tackles in 2024. He profiles as a sturdy, assignment-sound defender with good play strength, hit power, and toughness, and Ball State lists him as an EDGE/DE after he appeared in four games in 2023. If you want a rotational edge who can hold up against the run and bring reliable effort, he fits that mold well.[6][18][2]
