Ian White Jr. brings strike-throwing bullpen depth to Indiana
Ian White Jr. is a sophomore right-hander for Indiana in the 2026 season who transferred in from East Carolina, where he made 16 relief appearances as a freshman and logged 11 strikeouts in 10.0 innings. His calling card is a live arm and compact, quick-paced delivery that evaluators have tied to advanced pitch feel and swing-and-miss potential, especially with a sharp slider. He looks like a useful bullpen fit if you want a competitive, athletic arm with upside and some proven short-relief experience, though his early college sample still says “development piece,” not finished product.
