Jayson Moll brings compact, explosive upside to UAB’s backfield
Jayson Moll is a true freshman RB at UAB in the 2026 season, listed at 5-7, 175, and he arrives with a productive high school résumé: at Bixby, he totaled 2,000-plus rushing yards and 29 combined rushing/receiving touchdowns across his final two seasons, plus 291 receiving yards and 5 receiving scores. His calling card is quickness and versatility, not sheer size—he looks like a space player who can stress defenses with burst, cutback ability, and pass-game utility. If you want an under-the-radar change-up back with juice and upside, he’s worth the attention.
