veteran High Point guard with playmaking chops
In his High Point years, Jairus Simms stood out as a steady, pass-first guard who could organize an offense and create for others—he posted a career-high nine assists in a 2012 game and was described as a senior guard with reliable floor leadership. The stat line doesn’t scream star, but the fit question is about control, composure, and connective play: he looks like the kind of guard who keeps an attack organized, values ball movement, and brings veteran poise rather than pure shot volume.
