Chance Keith is Army’s gritty, versatile senior DB with a linebacker’s tackle volume
In the 2024 season, Chance Keith emerged as a tough, versatile defensive piece for Army, logging 44 tackles, 3 pass breakups and a sack after starting the year at nickelback but spending much of it at OLB/ILB in a hybrid role.[1][3] His best traits are physicality, reliability against the run, and positional flexibility, with a career-high seven tackles at FAU and another seven in the win over Air Force.[3][4] The main caveat is that he dealt with an injury interruption in 2024, but if you want a smart, hard-nosed defender who plays with edge and can move around the front seven, he fits the Army mold well.[3][6]
