Lauren Henrich brings versatile power and a team-first edge to Mercyhurst
In the 2025 season, Lauren Henrich showed real two-way value for Mercyhurst’s softball program, appearing in 32 games, hitting .295 with a .574 slugging percentage and four home runs, and she also earned NEC Rookie of the Week honors after a five-hit, five-RBI stretch against Le Moyne. Her biggest differentiator is versatility: a 5'10" right-handed utility player/pitcher who is willing to fill whatever role best helps the team. Beyond the stat line, she is described as hardworking, focused, and a true team player, which makes her a strong fit for a roster that values adaptability and competitive drive.[9][5][1]
