A high-contact, multi-tool bat with real middle-order juice at Stony Brook
In the 2026 season, Chris Carson looked like a dependable run producer for Stony Brook, earning All-CAA Honorable Mention after starting all 51 games and hitting .328 in league play with career highs in hits, doubles, triples, homers, and RBI. He brings more than box-score pop: he’s a steady defender with a .995 fielding percentage, adds value on the bases, and has shown year-over-year growth in contact, patience, and impact. If you want an experienced, left-handed bat who can anchor a lineup and play winning baseball, he’s a strong fit.
