Sawyer Wright is a developmental North Alabama big with limited minutes but a 6'8" frame worth tracking
Wright’s current role for North Alabama has been very small, with low scoring and rebounding totals in limited minutes, but his 6'8" size gives him a baseline for interior development. In 2022-23, he appeared in eight games and produced 11 points, seven rebounds, a steal, and a block in just 4.1 minutes per game, which hints at brief-but-useful energy minutes rather than a featured role. He looks like a fit for a program patient with size projects and willing to develop a raw center behind established rotation pieces.
