steady, physical USC safety poised for a bigger 2026
Christian Pierce gives USC a reliable, downhill safety with real production: in the 2025 season he logged 64 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 3 pass breakups, 1 interception and 1 forced fumble across 13 games and 9 starts. He’s valued for range, versatility and communication, and recent reporting says he’s finally healthy, which matters because his game plays best when he can be aggressive and consistent. If you want a tough, experienced secondary piece who fits a physical defense, Pierce is a strong fit.
