Finn Edwards brings a power righty look to Arizona State’s bullpen
In the 2026 season, Finn Edwards has flashed as a high-upside Arizona State RHP with a strikeout-heavy profile, including a three-strikeout relief inning in one outing and scoreless multi-inning work early in the year[11][14]. At 6-foot-6/6-foot-7 with a reported mid-to-high-80s fastball that can touch the upper-80s, he fits the mold of a big, physical strike-thrower whose length and downhill plane can make life miserable for hitters[3]. He’s not just arm talent, either: his junior-college résumé showed 45 strikeouts against 17 walks in 34.1 innings in the 2025 season, a solid clue that the miss-bats are real[1].
