Ahmad Frost brings veteran shot-making and steady guard play to Maryland Eastern Shore
Ahmad Frost is a proven, experienced guard for Maryland Eastern Shore who, in the 2019-20 season, played in all 32 games, made 20 starts, and led the team with 43 three-pointers, showing reliable perimeter scoring and lineup stability.[10] He entered UMES after a decorated Ohio prep career and has been described as an electrifying point guard, which points to pace, confidence, and a creator’s mindset rather than just box-score production.[2][8] For a team needing an older guard who can space the floor, handle pressure, and bring mature, battle-tested energy, Frost fits the mold well.[10][2]
