Right-Handed Pitcher Making Early Impact at Mississippi Valley State
Deutsch, a 6'1" right-handed pitcher from Dale, Texas, is a freshman at Mississippi Valley State after being ranked in Perfect Game's top 1,000 nationally and top 115 in Texas as a high school prospect. The Lockhart HS product brings a projectable frame and competitive mentality to the Delta Devils' rotation. As a developing arm in a lower-level FCS program, Deutsch represents a prospect with room to grow—ideal for programs seeking a young pitcher with upside who can contribute immediately while developing into a potential mid-level prospect over his college tenure.
