Wesley Steiner brings athletic upside and special-teams toughness to linebacker depth
Steiner is a high-effort, physically gifted linebacker whose best calling card is versatility: he won’t wow you with splashy ball production, but he does bring reliable tackling, special-teams value, and proven athletic traits that showed up in testing and recruiting evaluations. At Washington State in 2024, he appeared in all 13 games mostly on special teams and tied for second on the team with five special-teams tackles, while also logging a forced fumble and a tackle for loss in the opener. He’s a fit for teams that value intensity, depth, and multiple-role flexibility.
