UNCW guard Jaylen Fornes brings shot-making and steady perimeter value
Jaylen Fornes is a **6-3 guard** whose value comes from **spacing the floor, making open shots, and playing with enough poise to earn real minutes**; in his first season at UNCW he appeared in 30 of 35 games, made three starts, and hit **45% from deep** on 18-of-40 threes, then later posted **9.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.8 assists** across 18 games in the cited stat snapshot. He looks like a useful fit for teams needing a **reliable complementary wing/guard** rather than a usage-heavy star, especially because his game translates through shooting and low-drama efficiency more than highlight-reel creation.
