In the 2025-26 season, Nhaikyia Smith has shown she can stuff the stat sheet for the District of Columbia Firebirds, most recently averaging 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals during a 2-0 week, with a 21-point, 11-rebound outing against Wilmington as the exclamation point. She’s a 5'7 senior guard with real impact as a rebounder, passer and disruptor, which makes her valuable beyond scoring. The big differentiator: she brings toughness, tempo control and edge—plus she’s already proven she can bounce back and compete through adversity.
