Nathan Bowes brings steady defense and on-base value behind the plate for Sacred Heart
Nathan Bowes is a right-handed catcher who gives Sacred Heart a dependable, grinder-type profile: in the 2026 season, he played in 20 games with 18 starts, hit .200 with a .353 on-base percentage, and posted a .982 fielding percentage. His best fit is a team that wants a durable backstop who works counts, draws walks, and handles the defensive chores cleanly. He’s not a loud power bat yet, but his contact approach, patience, and steady receiving make him the kind of player coaches trust in the lineup.
