Jamie Vicens brings a live-armed 6-5 righty frame to Georgia Tech
Vicens is a freshman RHP at Georgia Tech in the 2026 season, listed at 6-foot-5, 202 pounds with a right-right build that screams projection and bullpen upside.[1][2] He has already shown he can miss bats in limited action, and coverage from Georgia Tech game notes plus live updates suggests he’s being used as a late-game arm with the kind of poise coaches trust in pressure spots.[3][4] Add the strong local pedigree from Atlanta and a prep profile that highlighted strikeout ability, and he looks like a useful fit for a staff that wants size, upside, and a competitive edge.[4][5]
