Rey Sanchez is a redshirt senior punter at USC who stands 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, and his best case is clear: he can flip field position with a strong leg and decent placement. In his 2023 season at Long Beach City College, he averaged 33.8 yards per punt on 40 punts with a long of 53 and 14 punts inside the 20, which points to useful directional ability.
