Big-bodied interior plug with sneaky disruptive juice
In the 2025 season, Eliyt Nairne gave Tulane steady work at defensive tackle, playing in all 14 games and recording 13 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, and a fumble recovery, after posting 25 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and a sack in 2024 at Liberty.[1][2][6] At 6-foot-1 and 305 pounds, his appeal is the interior mass, active hands, and ability to survive double teams while still creating some disruption, which makes him a useful fit for teams needing a stout, rotational DL rather than a pure splash-play rusher.[10][12]
