mid-90s righty with a no-hitter pedigree and draft-day polish
Drew Horn’s calling card is a lively mid-90s fastball with good spin, backed by a true big-game résumé: in the 2025 season he posted a 1.75 ERA with 57 strikeouts in 46.1 innings and threw a program-record fifth no-hitter for MTSU. He battled an injury in 2026 and his numbers dipped to a 7.32 ERA over 35.2 innings, but the stuff and strikeout ability still traveled well enough to earn a 2026 MLB Draft selection by the Cardinals. He looks like a fearless, competitive arm with starter upside when healthy, though undersized build and health durability are the key checks.
