Nicholas French brings live arm potential and college-ready versatility to UCA's pitching staff
French is a right-handed pitcher at Central Arkansas with a 6'2", 185-pound frame and a background that suggests real developmental upside, but the public stat trail is thin, with no current UCA season stats listed and only limited prior usage documented. He stands out more for projection than production right now: a sturdy pitcher’s build, right-right profile, and enough recruiting pedigree to warrant attention, though teams would want a deeper look at strike-throwing consistency, pitch mix, and current health before slotting him into a high-leverage role. If you need upside and are comfortable betting on tools, he’s worth a closer look.
