elite high-school scoring pedigree, limited college role so far
Carney entered Denver with a real scorer’s résumé—over 2,000 high-school points, deep shooting range, and praise from coaches for elite 3-point shooting, burst, and efficient ball handling/passing—but his college production has been minimal so far, with just 0.6 points per game in 2025 and 1.2 minutes per game, so he’s more of a long-view fit than an immediate stat-sheet driver. Qualified estimate
History starts here — the trend chart appears once a second snapshot is recorded.
Fanstake's Revenue Share Fair Market Value (FMV) is our independent, dynamic estimate of a player's on-field value to college programs. Our model weighs more than a dozen factors — including positional demand, experience, statistical performance, strength of competition, team performance, comparable players, upside potential, and proprietary signals informed by our proximity to college programs — to estimate a player's share of the $20.5M revenue pool schools can now distribute directly to athletes.
FMV is not a disclosure of what a player actually earns. Actual compensation may be higher or lower, and in practice, player packages are often negotiated as a combination of revenue share and NIL opportunities.
The goal of Fanstake FMV is simple: to give fans a transparent, data-driven benchmark for understanding player value in the new era of college athletics.
