Andrew Rudd brings late-inning poise and strike-throwing polish to CBU’s bullpen
In the 2026 season, California Baptist right-hander Andrew Rudd has shown a real reliever’s backbone: multiple save opportunities, a strikeout-heavy profile, and the kind of calm finish that helps close tight games. The 6-foot-5 Riverside product followed a strong 2025 campaign with 55 strikeouts against just 11 walks in 67.1 innings, and his season line suggests a pitcher who pounds the zone, misses bats, and doesn’t hand out freebies. He looks like a dependable fit for teams wanting size, mound presence, and late-game composure.
