Sam Stoll gives UCSB a dependable, battle-tested arm in the circle
In the 2025 season, Sam Stoll posted a 3.22 ERA over 63.0 innings for UC Santa Barbara, then in 2026 she was still getting meaningful work in the circle, including a 3.0-inning win over Creighton and an outing against Grand Canyon where she struck out three in 2.2 innings. She’s valuable because she brings experience, calm competitiveness, and enough strikeout punch to miss bats when it matters. The big fit question: if you want a poised right-hander with a proven college track record and sneaky toughness, Stoll checks that box.
