Josh Garcia brings compact speed and depth-chart upside to UIW’s outfield
In the 2026 season, Josh Garcia is listed as a redshirt freshman outfielder for Incarnate Word at 5-foot-7 and 160 pounds, which points to a smaller but likely quick, pressure-applied profile in the Cardinals’ lineup mix. His value is less about loud physical tools and more about athleticism, roster flexibility, and the kind of under-the-radar development story coaches like to keep around; UIW’s roster also shows him as a returning young piece rather than a finished product. If you want a fit who could grow into a pesky table-setter or energy outfielder, he’s the kind of player worth watching.
