Experienced guard with a strong scoring track record and proven backcourt leadership
Richmond is a compact 5-11 guard who arrived at Grambling after a productive prep career at Crossland HS, where he earned first-team All-Prince George’s County honors and twice led his team in scoring and MVP recognition. His profile points to a guard who can create offense, handle the ball, and bring competitive edge—traits that usually translate well in a system needing toughness and leadership. Public Grambling roster pages don’t show current college stats, so the clearest takeaway is his background as a high-motor, scoring-minded guard with backcourt value beyond box-score numbers.
