Ava Mormile brings freshman upside and bullpen depth for Saint Peter’s
In the 2026 season, Ava Mormile is a freshman right-handed pitcher for Saint Peter’s who has already been used in relief and spot-duty situations, giving the Peacocks a young arm with room to grow. Her profile suggests a compact, competitive pitcher with local New Jersey roots and strong high-school recognition, and her value right now is less about eye-popping numbers than about developing depth, versatility, and poise. If a team wants an early-career pitcher who can be molded and trusted in different roles, she looks like a fit.
