high-upside arm with big-time high school production, but no 2026 college innings yet
In the 2026 season, Cooper Moss did not appear in a game for Florida before entering the transfer portal, so the college sample is still blank[1][2]. The intrigue is the résumé: a 6-3, right-handed pitcher from J.R. Arnold who was ranked No. 182 nationally by Perfect Game, with elite two-way high school production, a 1.28 career ERA, 14.2 K/9, and a senior year that featured a 0.63 ERA and 141 strikeouts[2][3]. He looks like a talent bet more than a proven college producer—worth caring about if your team wants upside, athleticism, and arm strength, but the next stop will need to unlock his innings[2][4].
