Caleb Jameson gives Georgia a strike-throwing lefty with real swing-and-miss upside
In the 2026 season, Jameson was a useful bullpen arm for Georgia: a redshirt junior left-hander who logged 17 appearances, posted a 2-0 record, and struck out 26 in 17.2 innings while issuing just four walks. The differentiator is the profile—he attacks the zone, misses bats, and brings left-on-left value, even if the ERA (6.11) shows some traffic issues. Georgia’s notes also show he earned a win with a scoreless, three-strikeout inning versus The Citadel, and he was selected in the 12th round of the 2026 MLB Draft by Arizona, which is usually a pretty loud endorsement of pro potential.
